How clean the unit was. Thats what I appreciated the most about the place. The restaurant staff were also very friendly. There were ample seats by the pool area. One will never run out of things to do at this restaurant, they have so much activities to do, that I could gladly recommend it to friends and family. Also liked the animals that randomly roam around the resorts.

Easy to drive around and access shops and restaurants...
Easy to drive around and access shops and restaurants especially at the mall. Some portion of the roads are not on good condition and therefore care needs to be taken when driving around. Overall, Brits is a lovely small town

We r so disappointed about the owner Michelle on answering our review with such a lie . That shows that she is a pathological lier. Even when you read other reviews u can actually see how she answered when she gets the rate/ review she does not want Her attack on customers reviews is so painful defending herself. . My advice is that she should not lie about customers like that. Our reviews actually helps them to improve their business. Don't lie about customers plz we spend our hard earned money on you And u even charged us more than usual, this is very disappointing .

I liked the activities alot but the rooms it's not for sharing especially if we came with partners cause you could hear everything that is said on the other side And the noise we were told that no music even during the day

When booking you need to ask if the section you at is renovated we stayed a party of 16. 2 - 6 Sleepers were very nice in Impala section. Our 4 Sleeper in Kudu was appalling and we could not get an upgrade. not as displayed on the internet. Curtains torn, windows could not close properly therefore draft & mosquitos and spiders.no blankets . bathroom was dirty and grimy . Shower did not function properly water sprayed all over the bathroom. night 2 key broke in the door My son, his wife and 2 little daughters were in the cold for over 45mins before they could get in.
