When we arrived on Wednesday The lady at the reception was not warm or welcoming, she probablyhad a long day becauseshe seemed better the following day when i collected our picnic basket/ platter... we enjoyed our stay nevertheless and ended up extending our stay. The other lady who assisted with extending our stay was just lovely. Staff is all-round helpful and friendly
