Langebaan remains our home away from home. This is where we go to relax and recharge. We also say if the Lord blesses us with the riches people think we have, we are moving to Langebaan in a heartbeat. We always frequent the Club Mykonos casino and we love the main beach. We usually dine at Roxie's or Pearly's on the main beach but the options are endless. We have our own transport so I am not sure of transport options in Langebaan to get around.

Great Spar and Woolies.
Great Spar and Woolies. Our 2 favorite bars are Wunderbar and the bar at the Farmhouse Hotel that also has a pool table. Our favorite restaurants are Queens Cottage (woodburning kitchen, some of the best food we've ever eaten) and LePetit Maison (French inspired, brilliant!!)
They have their own uber service called "dial a buddy" , very clever idea and super reasonable.
The beach walks are lovely.
It's generally a peaceful town, but with loads of activities, so you'll never get bored.

Perfect kitesurfing destination, we were able to kite 8 out of 14 days due to wind (February). Not many restaurants but some pretty good. Convenient near-by supermarket. Load shedding affects Langebaan as it does the rest of the country. In general the village feels safe and relaxed.

We went to Langebaan to celebrate our anniversary and booked strandloper for our anniversary dinner. The experience was amazing, the vibe was great and staff are super friendly. We had a taste of all the delicious meals Langebaan had to offer. The sunset was beautiful and therapeutic to watch in between the meal breaks. I am definitely going back.

Langebaan is an awesome place for a break away from the busy city life in Capetown. There's alot to do in and around Langebaan. Great activities for families and really safe. Their restaurants are great and beaches clean. I will recommend Langebaan to anyone for a relaxing break away. Will definitely be back. Next time I will make sure to stay in a holiday house as booked and not a building complex
The view was amazing, staff super friendly! Luke was a very nice young man who helped serve breakfast! Location very nice if you want to stay on the beach where you are, fantastic, if not ten minutes and you are in the center of Langebaan. There are restaurants off the beach, Mark’s Beach Shack was wonderful, great oysters and fish dishes!
A wonderful place to stay. Our hosts were friendly and wanted to do all they could to make our stay special. We stayed for 4 nights and we only booked 2!
Beautiful rooms, clean and wonderfully kept. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone staying in Langebaan. We loved everything about our stay. Thanks Niko and his lovely wife.
The Shark Bay Hotel is very well located looking over Langebaan Lagoon, with clear views in all directions. The staff were attentive, professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a selection of cold continental items and cooked. Dinner was excellent, with the chef preparing really nice dishes.

You confirmed you had asked for take away breakfast for two. You confirmed they had replied.
Yet they said we were not on their list.
They were full
Went to Saldanha Bay Hotel
Such great hosts who make your stay so comfortable. A great place that is central to everything in Langebaan. The beach is so close, its walking distance. The unit has everything that you need for a stay. Safe for a solo traveler. Beach towels are provided if needed. Will definitely be back!
Nik and Asel are so kind and welcoming people, we had a great time spending two days at their guesthouse. Excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We recommend it to everyone who wants to have a pleasant stay in Langebaan.
We had a lovely stay in Langebaan. The cottage has a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed watching the wind surfers in the afternoon. The furniture is neat and comfortable, and the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Everything was perfect
This was a great find for the Langebaan Mad Dash. Right at the starting point. Simple and everything you need. In love with the converted containers. Showers work perfectly. Views are exceptional.
The breakfast was not included. We had breakfast but it was extremely expensive and the plates were cold. Plus they had no white bread and to pay R54 for 2 mugs of watery coffee. Disgusting.
The house was very spacious, beautiful view. The location was a bit unexpected- area seemed a bit rough, definitely not the tourist past of Langebaan- we had no issues during our stay thou
We loved the big size of the accommodation. Everyone had their own room. It's a perfect size house for a bunch of mates to come hangout. We were on a golfing weekend to Langebaan.
