The location is great.. The rooms are spacious, the cleaning service was excellent, rooms were cleaned everyday, linen clean, security was great, security always patrolling to ensure our safety. The food at the restaurant was great. The pools were not overcrowded. Moving around / mobility was great with the paid scooters, the kids loved it. The place also has a shuttle that goes to Suncity hourly for extra entertainment. We enjoyed the stay💯💯 The wifi/ internet wasnt working though. They must add more water activities, the current activities are for small kids.

By the way, your location is in the traditional area, so you do maybe have no choice, to convince the traditional authorities to look at their roads are so bad.
Roads are not user friendly.
The international community, people of other coulour, whites in particular will not accept your location, thus is important for the local authorities to be of assistance into this situation.

What I love about the place is where it is situated, as it is in a bush and not far from other amenities like Sun City and Pilanesberg. I love the setup of the rooms as they are not all congested in one place. I always make sure that two years does not pass without me visiting the place with family and friends and they are SOLD.
Can we still have sanitisers in the rooms and I do not like brown towels, I wish they can be white. I do not like dark linen, especially when in hotels or resorts.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the pools although I did not swim due to the weather, good time at the SPA
I was disappointed by the fact that Sun City was not open to daily visitors. We had planned to spend time at Sun City

The water hole near the restaurant was awesome.
The water hole near the restaurant was awesome. The elephants were there in the mornings during breakfast time . The Boma dinner was nice, and they catered for our vegeterian requiremnts . The game drives were a bit boring , except for teh last day when we saw lions, and the driver drove along the path that he knew the lions were walking .

First of all we made a booking in October and paid for it but when we arrived there they told us we booked in hotel and on our confirmation letter says we booked in room together because it was 8 people sharing beds we had to wait for 1 hour to fixed that. the staff member was not so welcoming and we had to call the manager, when we get to the rooms the fridge was not working. Our ice and ice cream was smelting we had to call the manager again. the iron was not there. No one was assisting us with our luggage i don't know why or was is it because we complained about the service we received.
The guesthouse is the best option if you don't get to book a hotel in Sun City. Its location is a bit like the real Africa with no practicable road to reach it, but a car will go to it anyhow. The surrounding is calm but nothing around. But, still, a very cheap commuter will reach the shopping centre, fastfoods and banks in less than 5 mins, just at the place where we need to take the free shuttle for the Sun City.
An overnight stay in Ledig wouldn't have been our first choice, but for one night with a small budget it was just fine. Granchis Guesthouse was well secured, so we didn't feel unsafe. Our room was clean and suitable for a small family and the breakfast was prepared with love.
Nice comfortable hotel, good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Free tennis court, mini golf and few other games. We saw elephant from restaurant terrace two times during our stay.
Great game drives. A herd of elephants came up to the lodge restaurant and was a pleasure to see this. The hide near the hotel is also a big bonus and we saw hippo and elephant there.
The room was comfortable and suited our purpose. The breakfasts were the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. The check in was smooth and staff polite and helpful.
