Was assigned a standard room after booking for a deluxe room.I was only moved to a deluxe room after I queried it. Prior to me realizing that I had issues with the standard rooms shower, I could feel some minor electricity shock when touching the tap while wet and when I reported it to Nkosi I was told I'm the first person to complain of it and nothing was done about it. After being moved to the deluxe, I realised there was a stove but no cooking utensils and dishwashing soup. Had 1 tissue which had to run out first before they could give another 1 after I asked. I also made a booking for lunch at 12 because it was a work trip and only received my lunch over an hour later. Apparently the kitchen wasn't aware of my booking. The place itself is okay with 2 minutes off road /gravel drive but I wasn't personally happy with the service I received overall considering I stayed for quite a few days too.
