We had beautiful game drives and quad biking. The staff is very helpful and willing to assist with everything. The host is very welcoming.
The staff arranged a surprise birthday celebration for me and even baked a cake. There was also a surprise romantic dinner set up in our room. All those were upon my partner's request. All I can say is everyone in that place is willing to make your stay as beautiful as you would like it to be.

Incredible facilities. Amazing Wildlife. Maintenance of the Units needs attention. Chef Alex Luwani is incredible. Jabulani Shange should be promoted to General Manager of the Hotel, and not just being the Barman - his service providing and Peoples's skill are exceptional. Phillip, Steven, Heindrick 1, Hendrick 2, and Aaron all need to be highly commended.

The property was very clean ,very spacious,very beautiful,but we bathed with cold water twice I had to call the receptionist when ever we wanted to bath using hot water first so that mantainence and come and fix it .
