I won't recommend anyone, because I was treated very bad and with an attitude, I couldn't go to the trip because on that week I lost my mother then I sent an email asking for the refund, the lady who came back to me she sent me a message that I will definitely get my money back on the 15th of April but until now I haven't, I tried to talk to her yesterday she just hang up the phone, when I try to call her again she blocked me, I have her name and the number I used to call her. She was very rude

There is nothing out of the ordinary. Not enough bath towels. Bathroom congested. No shower caps. Breakfast very expensive - R 250,00 per person - no one knew what will be on the menu till the chef arrives in the morning. No guest information in the room. The waiting services in the restaurant needs more service competencies. The staff at the front desk were very professional and helpful.

Great place.
Great place. Not too crowded and amenities available and easily accessible. We did not struggle with outsourcing entertainment and eateries. We went Quadbiking 20 min away from our hotel, we also had massages 10 min away from our hotel. Nice buffet place at Menlyn mall as well as Silverlakes offered a nice restaurant next to Spar as well as Rocomamas. It was convenient and a wonderful experience.

I actually stayed in four Hotel from 18 December 2023 to 02 January, I know it sound crazy but the 18th - 23rd December I was at Hotel@Hatfield, 23rd - 28th December I was at Sheraton Hotel near Union Building, then 28 - 31 December I booked in at Easy Stay Hotel Pretoria and then I moved to HR Hotel at Sunnyside on 31st - 02nd January 2024 - this was my best holiday and I explored Pretoria a lot, Sheraton Hotel is the best ever and lots of relaxing and peace, Hotel@Hatfield is just at the shopping Centre and you get almost everything you may need but HR Hotel is very special as you just use your hotel room key to open the door that let you in the Mall immediately...and just around the Sunny park Mall you have everything you may need and all the major banks are there, restaurants are there and clubs are also there....you can then enjoy the best grilled meal at *AYOBA* and more...Pretoria is beautiful and nice place to visit especially if you need rest during festive season and you want to spent less.

I find pretoria to be very peaceful and the city is very easy to navigate also cleaner than most south african cities bar capetown. Very big and open streets with less crowds. People move very freely here, you don't always have to watch your back because there's less crime here. Very tranquil place.AAnonymous
