107 Dorpstraat Boutique Hotel, hotel in Stellenbosch

Located 50 metres from the center of historic Stellenbosch, 107 Dorpstraat Boutique Hotel features free WiFi access in all their rooms and free private parking. Guests can enjoy the on-site wine bar.

The breakfast was lovely, however there was no off street parking facility so we had to park our hired car on the street. The staff were very friendly. We feel that it can hardly be called a "boutique" "hotel" (very misleading). The accommodation was more like an apartment.

From the moment we stepped into this hotel, I knew I was in for a treat. The facilities were top-notch, with the heated pool being a delightful escape from the outside world. The staff, both at the hotel and Spa, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, adding a personal touch to my stay. This is a grand old house that is best described as well lived in. Needs a bit of updating. The pool needs some attention. Not at all inviting. I don’t understand why they don’t just get an expert in to give it a thorough clean without doing it themselves. The staff are wonderful.

Coopmanhuijs Hotel is in a very central situation in Stellenbosch, and the visitor has a huge choice of coffee shops, restaurants and wine bars in the same street. Such a lovely atmosphere. Loved the traditional decor in bedrooms and public spaces which gave an authentic Cape feel. The restaurant is very highly regarded, the food is delicious and they always seem to have a space for hotel residents, even if fully booked. Really nice hotel, only stayed one night but the location being close to centre of stellenbosch and the secure parking was wonderful. Host was helpful when we checked in and offered to book us dinner at a local restaurant. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely for the view but the breakfast itself was not as fresh as it could have been, but overall a great stay and would stay again.
