We stayed in the Mill House cottage which was so quaint and lovely! We absolutely loved the freshly made sourdough bread and farm fresh eggs and milk that were given to us on arrival! We took our kids bikes and that absolutely loved riding them on all the pathways and on the grass. We never got to swim in the dam due to the weather but we will definitely be back to do that next time!

We loved the small personalised elements like the warm hot tub on arrival, the provision of a few items with the lovely touches of rusks and biscuits and ample firewood, firelighters and matches. They really do special extras like providing pizza bases for their pizza oven which was truly a lovely treat. And then the fresh milk and bread delivered to your own personal hatch for collection in the morning was immensely special.

The property was lovely, peaceful, clean and safe. We had our youngest daughter (5) with us and it was exactly what we wanted for the weekend. The host was easy to deal with and the house had everything we needed. Sitting on the patio at night with the braai and the stars was perfect. Xena the dog was also lovely and we enjoyed hanging out with her :)
