As usual there is peace and quiet. Very polite owners. I loved the cleanliness. I specifically chose this place again because of the clean blankets. I get cold often and I rarely find places with a clean blanket. Summer sheets usually make me feel cold that's why I need a blanket so I carry my own. I never need to do that here. And the sheets actually felt a bit warm so I didn't feel cold when it got cool at night. The laundry is always done. The bed was comfy. I passed out. I'm a fussy sleeper so all these things matter.

I was just a passer- by and decided to sleep over in Witbank, I had breakfast in one of the Spur branches in town. The streets in Witbank are bad ,full of pot-holes,so driving around there is not easy. I spent some time at the Highveld Mall before I left for Mbombela.The mall is impressively clean.

Not much one can do as a solo traveller.
Not much one can do as a solo traveller. It is a small town, the roads could use with some maintenance. Favourite places to eat was the small cafe at the spar right across the hotel. It is very easy to get around with your own mode of transport.
