The Quatro Apartment is nothing less than exceptional. A very well-balanced mix of old Cagliari and modern houses. Position - in Villanova area, very close to Castello, very close to San Benedetto market (don't forget to visit!!), close to the old town - meaning all mentioned areas are about a 5 to 15 min walk. Don't be afraid about the fact the apartment is in a pedestrian area. A very convenient indoor parking is a 5 min walk. Price for parking there - 9 eur per 24 hours. Cannot find anything more convenient. The host is a very friendly and warm person - thank you again for all, Rafaella!! The bedroom and the bed - really good and comfy!! The cleaning of the house - flawless!

The property is very quirky and has a lot of amenities. Chiara is such a great host. Chiara and her husband offered us a refreshing aperitif and kept in touch throughout our holidays. We will be back

Its new and very cosy. Very clean, smells very nice. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment has all the utilities. The owners are very nice and responsive, they text back immediately if you need something. Would stay again :)

Fantastic property! Spacious independent house, super clean, air conditioning throughout, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and pillows, Wi-Fi, Netflix, toys and books for kids, great patio etc…. It's like a home away from home, fully equipped kitchen and laundry too.it is a very quiet, pleasant neighborhood close to major bus routes M and 15.

The host was very kind and quick to reply to any questions we had during our stay. The host was also accommodating to our arrival and departure times. The apartment itself was amazing, it was clean, it was nice and it was beautiful. The apartment had all the things we needed for our one week stay. It had lots of extra towels, pillows and sheets. The kitchen was full of all the equipment we needed to cook meals for 4 people. And then there is the balcony with the most amazing view, it was so nice to sit there in the evenings and have a quiet drink and just look at the amazing view and regularly see flocks of flamingo fly in front of us. There is air conditioning all over the apartment which keeps the apartment cool even when there is a heatwave outside. The apartment has street parking, and if it is full then there is a huge parking lot right behind the building on the street behind it and there is always available spaces there. Location is central, within walking distance to some seriously delicious pizza and gelato stops.

Host Luca was amazing. At the first night we managed to lock ourselves out the apartment with all of our stuff inside. Finally we got a hold of Luc. Our nice neighbour Nikola helped us, and finally Luca came to rescue. He was really chill about the whole situation and we were really relieved. He also left a good wine for us and gave us good recommendations where we should go visit and where we could rent a boat etc. Everything after that went smoothly and we had no problems. The apartment is located in the old town and everything is very close by. Would recommend to use GPS maybe on the first day but every street is connected to the main area so you can go what ever street and end up on the main square, where all the shopping and dining places are. The apartment was cozy and equipped with everything you need. Train station and bus station is very close, and the tickets are very cheap, bus ticket was about 3,30€ and train ticket was 1,40€. We took the train back to airport and it was only 5 min. Save your money on taxi and trasfer cars and take the train to the airport.
