We spent a wonderful week with a family of 5 in this apartment. The house is nicely decorated and well-equipped. There is a lot of space inside and outside. Lovely garden, with a play area for children, plus a jacuzzi and a swimming pool ! House No. 1 has a great view of the sea. Great contact with the host - Federico is very helpful and always present :) To the beautiful beach, La Pelosa is about 2km; in early May, there are no problems with parking at the beach itself. We highly recommend it!

I booked this property for a 3 night stay to be close to La Pelosa beach (15 min drive). The house is much better than in the pictures. Very spacious with everything you need. Although I did not book this house for the pool, we used it a lot because of the very hot days we had in Sardinia when we stayed there. Awesome owners and a very nice experience overall. Amazing place!! A home in which you will feel calm and comfortable. Amazing view. Within walking distance are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, as well as cliffs with incredible views. Very kind, responsive owner of the property. Every little detail is provided. There is everything you need in the kitchen that you might need. It’s like I’m visiting my family) Everything is thought out and provided: towels; water; shower gel; washing powder, light breakfast, coffee; even limoncello and ice cream 🤍 Incredibly nice! amazing property with a stunning view, we could have stayed all summer long ❤️ the apartment has everything it takes to have a fantastic vacation, a short walk from the beach, all can be done on foot. loved the warm welcome and the little details one doesn’t bring along from home (laundry soap, coffee/tee, sugar/salt, cleaning products, and so on…). all in all, we would want to live there 😂
