I only stayed at Villa Delitta for two nights and I wish I had stayed for longer! The apartment was so affordable and spacious. Everything was incredibly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. It was very close to the local ferry as well as other boats to cross the river which allowed me to be so independent which I loved. The street that it was on had so many good restaurants, easy access to ATMs, and was very safe. The owners were extremely helpful and communicative. This was my favorite stay in Luxor, I would recommend to everyone visiting.

Very very hospitable, I immediately fell in love with the house when I arrived, everything was very clean and comfortable and the people were just very very nice. A beautiful rustic place. Ali the owner welcomed us with fruits and water. The people are hospitable and are always there to help you.. I recommend this area of Luxor. I left with regret but I was happy that we made new friends in that place.

Totally recommendation! The owner and his staff are incredibly dedicated to make you feel at home. They have received us at Very late hours and provided food , the day after they came with an amazing breakfast we stayed just one day and they booked for us all transport and hot Air balloon with priority time to make sure we would get to the airport on time. They are truly honest and always responsive at any time. Pool is very nice , bed is huge and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped and being on this side of river gets you to a more private and peaceful place. To go to the other side of the river just take a public boat that runs 24 Hours and it's 5 MNt from the villa! It's 20 MNt from the valley of kings:) big thanks for everything!

Clearly maintained, neat, a sizable, well-equipped house, and an exceptional host, Mr. Momo. Throughout my entire stay, he gave me advice on the important sites to see while we were in Luxor. The Villa is situated next to the Nile River and directly across from the boat-accessible Luxor Temple.

I would like to start this review by saying that I have frequented all types of tourist structures on all continents, and Adam, his villa and his hospitality are EXCEPTIONAL. Our stay in Luxor could not have been as good for many reasons: 1. Adam was of extraordinary help, efficiency and proactivity regarding logistics (transfer, organization of visits, advice). The people they put us in contact with were very friendly, respectful and discreet! 2. The villa is a gem, spacious, clean, private/not overlooked, the swimming pool and the terrace on the roof are superb! you are in the middle of the local people and their plantations. Very close but out of the noise of Luxor center, on the other side of the bank. 3. Adam and his family are pure people. He puts his heart into the reception of his guests and offers you the most personalized experience. Communication before, during and after the stay was very fluid. Do not hesitate for the most authentic stay. Adam, many thanks again.

The owner is a very interesting and deep person, a wonderful companion. We had with him a lot of interesting conversation, he lot a fire. You can also rent bicycles from him and try fish from the Nile. In this place was very friendly and relaxed atmosphere :)
