This property was a dream. The location is incredible and we really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the private entrance to the sea (though it was too rough and cold to enter in March, it is cool to explore), the views from the house were beautiful, parking was easy even with a larger vehicle, the house was well equipped and spacious, and we were warm inside even on cooler days. The host was very good with communication and wonderful to work with. We really appreciated our stay and it would definitely be our first choice if we were in the area again.

We have been many times to Andalusia but this was far the best accommodation we have ever had. We stayed six days at Casa del Mar which is a two storey townhouse on the top of a hill with east facing bay windows and breathtaking views of the bay with La Herradura. We were having breakfast on the beautiful spacious terrace with vibrant coloured flowers, deep blue sea with reflection of the rising sun in the background every morning. We planned a lot of sightseeing tours during our holiday but we ended up staying in the house for two full days just to chill out, basking in the sunshine and reading. We went out for running and hiking on the local coastal route and beach every day. There are amazing views of the sea and the cliffs only just a few minutes walk from the house/ you need the climb through a small wall at the sharp bend at the end of the street to find the path up the hill to Mirador del Cerro Gordo / The downtown is only ten minutes drive and there are plenty of grocery stores, excellent restaurants and bars nearby. The house and kitchen are fully equipped, we had everything we needed. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with two single beds and the main bedroom with a double bed. The beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood is quiet, we had great sleep every night. When you open the balcony doors and shutters in the morning the sun is flooding in. It was an absolute Paradise for us, we are dreaming of retiring to a house like this. The owners Marcos and Teresa are lovely people, after a few WhatsApp messages we ended up meeting them on our last day for a tapas and guided city walk in Granada. We had a great chat and night out with them.

Amazing place to relax and enjoy the beach. The place is very comfortable: a balcony with view at the beach were we had our breakfast and lunch; There is also a terras with sunbeds. Unlike the foto's on the site, the bathroom is fully renovated. The kitchen has enough equipment to prepare a good dinner. It is close enough to walk to te beach and very quiet.

State-of-art and practical kitchen. The small but well-kept garden in front of the terrace provides additional space for sun bathing. This holiday apartment is simply fantastic and unique. We haven‘t seen any other place in the region that offers private sauna and jacuzzi with such a breathtaking view.
