Our family enjoyed staying on a terraced agriculture site with animals and olive trees, and also being a 10 minute walk to the town and the beach. It was the best of both worlds. We enjoyed the house, veranda, and the pool with wonderful views of the town below.

We liked the pool. We played lots of table tennis and table football. The property is only a short walk into town and the sea front with a great selection of restaurants and bars. We took a tram ride into Soller, explored around, had supper and got the last tram home again. Going for a walk into the hills was well sign posted. It is a beautiful part of the island with stunning scenery and magnificent views around each corner.

Loved the decor, the layout of the cottage. The terrace / garden was lovely but could be a bit noisy from passing traffic. Great location to the Port but visitors should be aware the cottage is on a busy road.

I’ve never written a review before, but we simply had the best time here I had to! We were a family of 5 - two grandparents, myself and my husband, and our baby daughter. The villa was perfect for us all! We went mid Sept, and the pool was basically warm. The rooms were so spacious. The kitchen and facilities were amazing. And most importantly, the location couldn’t be better!! Literally a 4 min walk to town, but still so quiet and private. We loved our week here and are already working out when we can come back! Only silly thing we did, we got a hire car - which was a silly waste of money as we didn’t drive it once. You don’t need to! Everything is on your doorstep. The host was also excellent, always at the end of the phone on WhatsApp and helped us with various things (like recommendations for boat tours and booking taxis). Highly highly highly recommend

Holly Bag of wow balls the view from the terrace was fabulous no pictures will ever do it justice so looks like you will have to go stay! The house flows incredibly well creating a calm relaxing environment with state of the art technology in every room ,The pool area is also perfect for chill days or a quick dip after you climb the hill behind the villa which is a must, totally invigorating. The sun is at the pool all day from around 10am with a perfectly shaded patio on the upper garden level with table and chairs and a BBQ. The walk down to the port is about 5/6 minutes where you will stumble upon several shops which have everything you will need for your first few days along with freshly baked bread , meats cheese and fruit ! You might find you will want to spend several nights and days in the villa as you possibly won't get a better view from any restaurant as you do from the balcony whilst munching on the amazing array of fresh food this place has to offer. The utility room is a very pleasant space if you need to use it ,Its in the basement which leads out to the shaded patio area which leads to several steps down to the pool area. Its all there for you to simply Enjoy ,Happy Holidaying x
