It'a a nice big house fully equipped (8 persons can have a comfortable vacation , so way too big for the 2 of us ! ), situated in a tiny village on the East cost of Lanzarote , only 5 minutes away from Costa Teguise ( where you can find restaurants and stores etc. I think the closest beach must be that way too ) . Very good location , easy to acces from airport and every other touristic point on the island. We didn't had the chance to meet our host ( our fly was late in the evening ), but she seemed very nice and gave us a lot of informations about the house and the restaurants around and at our arrival we found a nice bottle of wine and cakes . And a Lanzarote guide and books in our language , so a very attentive host. Thank you very much , Mrs Clemence .

2-3 mins walk to the nearest beach and restaurants, with supermarket and more shops and restaurants about 5 minutes. Snorkelling beach about 10-12 mins walk away - great at low tide. Large balconies on all rooms, two up, two down, which gave extra space and room for children to play. Lovely selection of teas and coffees left for us, with a fruit basket and water, small milks, sugar etc. Excellent supplies of toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner - never had conditioner left for us before! Very quiet and secluded. Very responsive and helpful host.

The property is situated in Los Anconnes, a small settlement a kilometer or so outside of Costa Teguis; it is reached by an un-tarmac'd road. We hired bicycles to get around and were the 'first guest' to use 2-wheels to get to the property!! The owner was very friendly and obliging but does not speak English, so Google Translate came in handy ! The property is quiet and well equipped, very clean and ideal for 2 people. I think 3 or 4 would have made it a squeeze.....
