Only 15 minutes from a bustling city centre this wonderful peaceful cottage right on the beach had everything to offer. Even the drab Aberdeen weather couldn’t dampen this stylish. Cosy and immaculate find. Had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait already to book again. The hosts were so kind and easy to contact.

We have just returned from Julia’s place and already booked our next stay. The cottage is tucked away. Yes it’s next door to some businesses but doesn’t detract from what’s to offer. Totally private, secure and peaceful. We had an issue with the shower which was fixed within hours. Julias communications were friendly and prompt. Cottage very clean, as already commented on was home from home with everything needed. Dog friendly and totally enclosed and secure garden

Our family (7) was thrilled with this cozy cottage. It was all we had hoped for when we viewed the online photos. We stayed three days, cooked breakfast and dinner, and made sandwiches for the road. Beds were comfortable. Washer an dryer were handy. Only one shower, but we switched morning and evening showers. We just loved it!

Overall a good house that was fundamentally let down by a few very simple but essential things. See points below. Aside from those things noted below (which could be easily addressed with a small investment), the house is good. The off street parking was good. The kitchen and bathroom were newly done and clean.
