A very comfortable and clean accommodation. located away from the main backpack area of Lakshman Jhula (about a 20 min walk away) but still a great location very near to the river and ghats and the Ram Jhula bridge. (The Laksham Jhula bridge is currently closed). My room was very spacious and there is also a nice roof terrace. The host, Prakesh, is super helpful and also provides a very nice breakfast. The property is in a very quiet area and is uphill from the river, but I didn’t find it difficult. I will definitely stay here again.

Absolute MUST GO homestay. The view is peacefully stunning. Nice and beautiful Villa with good staff and Amazing hosts. The service is prompt and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The place is pet friendly. Food is simple and delicious. although Villa has a Well equipped kitchen so it was very comfortable. The sunrise looks wonderful from the terrace and the property is located in a very posh area. Our host provided us with very insightful info to roam around in Rishikesh

My stay at Mama cottage was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was huge and the location is great, in Tapovan in a very little street which makes it calmer then elsewhere because there are no cars. Mama is a warm and kind person, so is the rest of the family. 100% recommended!
