Everything was good, the host was super available and polite, the location is perfect because it's quiet but a short tram ride away from the heart of Navigli or you can walk also. The apartment was clean with a very comfortable bed. Didn't use the kitchen to cook so I am not aware of whether you have everything you need there but there's a cattle, microwave and moka machine and that did it for us. Big bathroom, big rooms.

Shower plumping is slow to drain, you may need to space the showers if there are a few of you staying but was not a problem for just me. Host was very friendly and very quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend 👌

    Everything was great. The rooms were spacious and cozy, bed very very confortable, the breakfast was delicious .! Every space in the hotel was very clean and the receptionists were kind and helpful. The sauna is great, they have also a gym well mantained. The most important though was the location! Near a lot of shops, restaurants and 20 meters distance from the subway from which it only took us 6 minutes by subway to get to the Dome! We will come back for sure. Congrats for all your eforts

    The property is perfectly located near the Central Station, it has a lovely garden in the background, friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. If there is a place I would love to go back to, this is it. It is not just a hotel, it is a charming boutique one and people will make sure that you feel like home. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. A smiling lady will always ask you what kind of coffee you want and the lovely lady from the check-in desk will always help you out and answer your questions. I absolutely loved it!

    We liked the cosy and ancient aesthetic of the hotel. It was clean and globally a very relaxing place. Our room was charming and spacious and we believe the shower should receive an update (it doesn't have a handable showerhead). The bar ristorante was cheap but delicious.

    Hotel is close to central station so you can get from there anywhere! There are also restaurants around. The room was clean and tidy, comfortable and cosy. There was little fridge, kattle, lot of storage space and also shower gél was included (which they also restored during my staying there). The staff was nice, they had no problem with storing my luggage after my check out.

    The place was in neat condition and the communication with the owner was perfect. The location is great, with a supermarket a few minutes away as well as the metro. The flat has all the amenities you would need, including a fireplace, flat tv, hot tub and a very comfortable sofa.

    The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from a vibrant district, and the metro access made exploring the city effortless.     The room/apartment is quite big located in a safe building. It is easy where to pick up the keys of the apartment, but a bit complicated how to reach the apartment. Apartment has a good size, and beds are comfy and with a good mattress. But it all looks old and zero cozy. My recommendation to the owner is to add some charming environment, some colour, make it cosy and even if the neighbourhood is not spectacular, a cosy-charming apartment gain a lot of points... Location: 15 minutes walking from the Central station.
