Or stay at the Beachside Retreat W/ Heated Pool in Reddington Beach was amazing!! Our efficiency was beautiful! The pool was super warm and it was just steps away from the beach! Great location that was close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Our host was amazing and responded quickly with the few requests that we had. One of our beach chairs was broken and he brought us four new chairs and a new umbrella. We had a problem getting our tv to work and he immediately drove over and fixed it! Super nice and greatly appreciated! We will definitely be back again!

This condo is quiet, clean, great security, awesome location and stocked with everything you need! It has a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee with ocean views. We also loved the closet stocked with goodies.....from board games, beach chairs, to floats! The beach access was a plus, and the pool/hot tub is large and clean! We used Uber to make our Publix grocery store run and walked right across the street to Circle K for a few random stuff throughout our stay. I highly recommend carving out some time for lunch and shopping at John's Pass, which is less than a 5 minute drive(we use trolley or Uber ). If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo in a great location on a beautiful beach, then this is your place!

this is our second year at Friendly Village. Everything is so close to where we are. A local store , bakery, farmer's market, car rental, ICE CREAM, walking , the beach. pizza resturant and Hard Rock casino!!! Anyway, we hated leaving on the 9th but we were really grateful for the month we had. I have already booked for next year. Thanks for a great place to stay. Also the kitchen is so well stocked, but there was 2 coffee cups in the cupboard that we didn't use because they were chipped and cracked. But no problem we just went and bought new ones for our stay

    The bungalow was pleasantly decorated with the ocean theme. It was cozy and comfy. Having a door code made things easier for going to the beach and not having to worry about a key. It was lovely walking down the short road and onto the Gulf side. With a couple of TV's and WIFI we were set for our couple nights stay. There were restaurants within walking distance. We used the Jolly Trolly, which was very reasonably priced, to get to John's Pass for some souvenirs and lunch. Highly recommend.

    Staying at the Oasis is like going to visit your favorite Aunt. We were treated like family! The other guests were so respectful, it's just the vibe! We had a regular size oven, fridge coffee maker and microwave. It was truly charming like Vintage Florida! Will stay here again when I can sneak away for fun and relaxing trip!

    The location was prime, the pool was so nice and warm, there were so many things in the Condo that it made our packing limited which is always nice. This condo was clean and cozy. Would certainly recommend this condo unit to anyone. Especially if you have littles.

    We loved our stay in Bungalow 1. It had everything we needed, it was very clean, and it was a short walk to the beach. We wish we could have scheduled more time to stay here! Check in was easy and we appreciated getting all the instructions and helpful information with just a scan of a QR code.

    Great location! Very clean beach/hotel grounds and right on the gulf. Close to many restaurants and activities. Not over-populated, mostly quiet area. Rooms are large, bed was comfortable, 2 large flat screen tvs, microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. Soft towels and extra available as needed. Lots of cabinets in the kitchenette and bathroom. Large shower. Nice balcony with lounge chairs (3) and small table. Pool and surrounding area was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again!

    This is an old property , old pool, old hot tub, old bathrooms and bedrooms. There is a bad smell everywhere and everything is dirty. No restaurants, no breakfast and the employees are not nice. We needed to wait 1 hour for the bedroom and we arrived exactly at 4pm ( check in time) if you need just a last minute place to stay that is OK but if you want comfort quality cozy bedrooms vacations this is definitely not a resort.
