This is an amazing location exactly halfway between Johannesburg and Durban for a reunion / group stay. We had 5 families together at the lodge and we were all accommodated perfectly. The unique natural environment gave the weekend a relaxed, special atmosphere. The lodge, kitchen and communal areas are well equipped for a large group stay, everyone was comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. The guys enjoyed the bass fishing, we had a lovely hike and the birding was great. We have some wonderful memories to take home with us. Thank you Nicole for the superb service and hospitality.

It has all the amenities you could think of and more. Excellent directions from the tar road to get there and the cabin is set on a pristine lake. Comfy bed, plenty of hot water, gas fireplace and a well equipped kitchen. Michelle even put out snacks, biltong, milk and cooldrinks for us on arrival which was not expected but an excellent surprise. Nothing was too much trouble for this host.
