We tried many good places, but the most stars would get the same place, Nikša(the hosts) provided the breakfast at! The appartment/studio has all the necessary appliances: very convenient-you can cook(coffee mashine, kettle, dishwasher, mixer etc) , take care of your clothes(washing mashine, iron and the table for it). On every step there was this amazing feeling-wow-they even have this available for guests. There is a complete trust! The space is not wide(at least in our studio, but really-how much time does one person spend in a room?! The appliances are of good quality and all the necessary basic hygiene stuff are available. The breakfast-very nice (but not a buffet), we loved the salmon-avocado TOAST. Nikša is amazing host, could ask him many different questions and tooook really good care of us. The place is in between from the Airport and SPLIT. With the 38 bus some 40 minutes to SPLIT. I loved it, because it seemed much quitter and cleaner than SPLIT.

The apartment is big and new, right in front of the beach. It was a pity that Durrês were already in low season.

From the moment I arrived in the property I felt like I was in paradise and kept pinching myself throughout the entire stay. Maria was very communicative before my arrival, helping to provide transportation information and directions. They allowed me to arrive early with access to my private beach space and even bought groceries for me since I did not have a car. SO friendly and attentive!!! The private tent and all public spaces were beyond beautiful. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen, paddle boards at the beach and very reliable wifi. Cannot recommend enough!!

Great location, for family or couples, big green areas middle in a kind of small forest. Just less than 5 min walk to the beach and a good offer of restaurants around for all budgets. all house or properties have a kind of private area and small ways connected all around. A great place to disconnect you from routine.
