It is great that the villa is not just a guest place but is a real family house with a nice modern interior and a full set of equipment that makes you feel at home right away. House is perfectly noise proof, although most of the time it is quiet anyway. Host Nazar is very kind, highly available (always answered in minutes since we booked and during the stay), speaks excellent English. It was like talking to a friend. It is perfect place for 2-3 families, 8 people, we were 9 and the kids just wanted to "come back to the villa" each day. Beach is 5 mins away, there is a small supermarket 3 mins walk, 2 restaurants (that we didnt visit), and a bakery/pizza that also sell ice cream right next, so you can buy hot buns every morning.
