The property was not luxurious but had most things one would expect and few nice extras (for example, a picnic basket with a hand made rug and vacuum flask and other picnic paraphernalia).

Beds were very comfortable. There was Netflix which was great if you have small children or have a family movie night. Location is spot on 5-6 minutes drive to 12 apostles and other great lookouts. We had the privilege of staying in the farm house and what a treat, after a nice hot shower we sat on the veranda al evening enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside. It was amazing to hear the crickets at night and once the sun went down the silence. It was awesome, lovely comfy beds, all the facilities you need to cook. Would highly recommend and would stay again. A fabulous experience. PS there were goats you could feed and chickens to be seen on the farm.LitaYoung couple

It was quiet, peaceful with a lovely view. Beds were comfortable and extra bedding was available. The split system worked effectively.

Peaceful, well off the road, surrounded by countryside and wildlife. The cottage is well equipped and a perfect base for exploring the western end of the Great Ocean Road.
