What a gem of a find. A beautiful hotel in the mountains in the quiet village of Meranges, a sleepy little village perfect for relaxing and using as a location to explore not far from the Spanish / French border in the mountains. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling this way. My wife and I visited on motorcycle and the host was nothing short of brilliant. A fantastic introduction to Spain.

The place was very clean and tidy. The owners very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room also had a kitchen which we were offered to use (and did) which was excellent. The owner gave us recommendations where to go and what to visit. All in all excellent experience, would go back and will recommend place to family and friends.

The location is superb, overlooking the river valley and with views across the mountains. The wood-burning fireplaces were lovely, and the kids loved chopping and splitting wood. The property is spacious and well-equipped, and the garden spaces and terraces amazing for enjoying an evening glass of wine. Very hightly recommended.
