It was a very quiet setting - very desirable away from busy lifestyle. The attached cottage cafe added to the pleasure of staying in the hall. The evening menu was substantial and nicely presented. All staff were very courteous and went the extra mile to help make us welcome. The bus transport made access to local towns very appealing.
