This villa is just perfect! It is really beautiful and has everything you need for living and cooking etc. Feels like being home. This really looks much better live than in the photos! Location is excellent, very near to the beautiful, almost private beach. And there is just a short walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Hosts were really friendly, answering and helping us immediately when we had some questions. We truly recommend this and would come back any time!

Hotel staff was specially friendly and we feel very welcome from beginning until leaving. One of best parts of this hotel is 2 pool areas. It was in a peaceful location and just a short walk to the lovely Lee beach and a ten minute walk to the main shops. The position is great, quiet, peaceful but within walking distance of the centre of Pefkos. There are restaurants and shops nearby if you didn't want to bother walking in. The pool area is lovely and is for guests use only, some places allow non guests to use the facilities, this meant it never got too busy.

Manolis the owner is just so friendly and obviously takes great care and pride to make sure you have everything you need. The villa is so cute and we loved having our own pool and the roof terrace is so lovely to have sun downers while watching the sea view. When I first read the review, I was initially suspicious thinking no property is that good. Bit honestly it really is! So quiet and peaceful even in peak August season

But they said that they didn’t actually have an agreement with villa stamatis about using their pool. The wifi was slow and warm water wasn’t always available. Both rooms had their own air conditioner with was great. It was a short walk to the beach. We liked our stay regardless :)
