Just to mentione few things: he didn't hesitate to give us milk for the kids late in the evening when we arrived, accommoodated an early dinner for us in the restaurant, picked up dried washed clothes from outside (while we were out sightseeing and started raining). The house was very spacious, well decorated, clean, the kitchen functional, beds comfortable. The outdoor space was incredibly beautiful and tidy, it has exceptional views of the Tuscany hills, the pool was great for the kids and us too. Optional breakfast had good variety for a fair price. All in all a great experience, definitely recommended!
