We had a great time in our vacation , great location for day trips in Tuscany , the apartment was all that we expected and more, the pool was great for ending up long days of hiking. The Teruzzi couple Angelo and Eleonora are charming and super helpful, their hospitality made us feel at home for a week in Tuscany. Thank you Eleonora and Angelo!

The apartment exceeded my expectations. Particularly the size of the apartment for 3 people and the fact we had 2 full washrooms. The staff was extremely friendly and so nice, the location with the scenic view of san gimignano was better than I imagined or saw in the pictures. I had no disappointments with this apartment.

location is very central in Tuscany, close to most villages. Very clean apartment! host is very friendly and welcoming. my second stay at Podere Le Grotte and looking forward to return again

Everything! It was a last minute weekend break and it turned out fabulous even beyond expectations! The owners made us feel super welcome and they gave us great advise about the surrounding. We loved the breathtaking view and the dinner was delicious! The swimming pool area is just wonderful!

Beautiful quiet location in the Tuscany countryside. Fabulous view across to San Gimigano. You very much feel like you are staying in somebody’s home. The apartment was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The pool was lovely. We fell in love with Nina and Pongo! Mauro and Donnatella were fabulous hosts! So welcoming and helpful!

Excellent breakfast (cost extra money) and very attentive and friendly service. The bed was very comfortable, the room compy and the views from the hotel are beautiful. Over all we liked our stay in this lovely resort and would love to visit again in the future.

Room no10 is a well deserved "10". Comfortable, ergonomic, smart & convenient closet, really big bathroom/shower, tidy, clean and well decorated. Breakfast: everything is there. The cake with apple and nuts is excellent. Nice and friendly people are there asking for anything we wished. The outdoors site is very nice also. We will try to visit them again!!!!
