Great location close to King’s Canyon park entrance with several guest houses on their secluded property. We stayed in Room B. Huge room with double sink in bathroom and clean linoleum floors. Quiet; we didn’t even hear anything from the next room. Comes with fridge, microwave, coffee machine w/ coffee, bowls/plates/wine glasses/utensils. Big selection of fun kitschy dvd’s (Seinfeld, all Lethal Weapon’s, etc). Everything works, good water pressure, good drains, good ventilation, water tastes fine. It is as clean as my own home after I clean it. It’s not a hotel experience, it’s really like staying in someone’s guest house. If that’s your expectation, I definitely recommend.

It is a great spot for relaxing outdoors, and I could see someone having a good time at this spot without even going into King's Canyon. Really good coffee shop attached that had good food and good vibes. Staff was very accessible and friendly to communicate with over text. Easy parking. Wifi quality was decent. Room was well laid-out and well-lit. Very quiet at night. Very comfortable bed.

The bathroom layout is a bit unusual but just as advertised.

It is like and peacefull and beautifull island of peace in the area. Beautiful instalations and house. Owners are extremely nice, kitchen is quite nice, big and equiped fully. Everythkng is in very high standards. Recommended with no doubth. I am a Genius 3 level since many years

They were able to suggest a few alternative hikes for us since a large part of Kings Canyon was closed. The property is very nice and there are many animals there. You can still swim in the pool in the evening after a nice day of hiking. We could use the kitchen for our dinner and could also do a laundry. The breakfast was also very tasty. We were very sad when we had to leave and will definitely come back!AlexanderYoung couple

Only an hour drive to the National part entrance, a local gas station nearby, small grocery as well, Detailed instruction on what is around was at the house, which was really helpful.
