Location, location location wonderful position and views; peacefully quiet however, need a car to fully benefit from the remote situation. Lovely villa very clean and comfortable.

Villa Pasqyra is located in a quiet surrounding and has beautiful views over the sea, the beach is close, 10 mins walk or you can go by car, via a dirt road. The host, Klevis, is very polite, ready to help, he even upgraded our room to a spacious apartment with a big veranda with the best view over the beach. Very clean, beds are comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the center of Ksamil. It is a good choice!

The object: - located in a quiet area, - great views, - peacefull neighbourhood, - close to the beach and city centre.

We really liked the apartament. It had everything we needed. The view from our room on the lake and mountains was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Personel offered changing bed sheets and towels several times. It was peaceful and quiet. The nearest shop or restaurant were less than 5 minutes away.We had a lovely time and We really recommend staying there.

Vila Bello had the perfect location, it was quiet in a peaceful area. We are not fans of loud clubs and private beaches so it was the perfect escape in a touristic Ksamil. Rooms were clean and cosy. Stuff was helpful. Pool was clean and open even at night. We watched a beautiful sunset from the pool area...

Stayed at Sartis for 1 week and it was excellent. The BEST location within walking distance from beaches, restaurants and supermarket but still quiet and peacefull. The appartment was super clean and the host couple just amazing. Would do anything to help and make sure we had the best stay.

The location was fantastic. Incredible views, walking distance to 3 beautiful secluded beaches and close to the centre of Ksamil but out of town so was quiet and peaceful. Every morning the host would bring us fresh milk from the farm and Jam which was a lovely touch. When we arrived she also gave us a free raki and a coffee each too. One of the nights was cold so she also provided extra Blankets.
