From the moment you arrive, you are looked after exceptionally well. The staff here are just magnificent and will do anything to help you with whatever you need. What a joy! The rooms are spectacular, the views are spectacular, the beds are so wildly comfortable you could sleep for days. Great option to stay in Quito if you are looking for a quiet place and near to the old town. Moreover, there is a subway station around 200 m from Chakana Hotel and then you can go easily to other parts of the city. The hotel is beautiful, clean and peaceful. The staff is friendly, helpful and always available to share knowledge about the Andean and Ecuatorian culture.

The hotel was beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The location was central, but there weren't windows to the streets, so it was quiet. The staff was amazing and helpful!

I spent 4 nights at Hotel Inca Real with my mother, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The different patios were so beautiful and each adopted a different mood at different times of the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom had the necessary amenities, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, the staff was discreet and very helpful. The location is excellent.

I liked this place very much, as it was in a more quiet district of Quito, 25 Minutes by Bus and 15 Minutes by Uber (2.50 Euro) to the historic City center. I dont know how to spell His Name, but Maiko was a big help organising Taxis and answering questions. I could store my Backpack there while hiking and arriving late was not a Problem. Also, they found my Camera charger and kept it for me while I was away. Thank you so much!
