My only regret was that I did not get to stay longer than one night — I will absolutely return. The chateau is easily accessed by taxi from the train station. From the moment I arrived, I was in awe of the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating (even in English), and the entire property is stunning. I treated myself to dinner at the restaurant, and had one of the best meals of my life. I deeply regret only ordering the four-course menu instead of the seven-course. Give this chef a Michelin star! I also enjoyed an hour in the spa (40 Euros I believe), which was extremely relaxing — you get a private room with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Make sure to leave time to explore the property, which is quite large and designed for visitors. I have been thinking about my stay here every day since I left, and I cannot wait to return.
