Air conditioning was perfect. The kitchen had everything needed. Cleanliness was excellent. Nikos was very helpful and provided a lot of information about Crete. Terrace was calm and useful. Well located in the Rhodes Old Town district of Rhodes Town, DECAN Concept Boutique Estate is located 1.1 km from Elli Beach, 400 metres from The Street of Knights and 400 metres from Clock Tower. The breakfast was really nice and had a great variety. The people were very helpful. The hotel was easy to walk to. The food was beautiful and excellent tasting. Everything worked!

Stamatiou Estate was more than we expected. The room was extra clean and comfortable for two persons. And the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The owners made every extra effort to make us feel safe during Hurricane Daniel and was always present whenever we needed anything. Room was cleaned daily. When we will return to Skopelos, we will stay again on this Estate for sure.

The host was very nice and helpful, he gave as a lot of good tips and recommendations, which we appreciated! The room was pretty and comfortable and the cleaning was done every 2 days, so that was great. We could easily go everywhere from here, a lot of nice restaurant very close to us. Regarding the parking, there were many streets in the neighbourhood where we could park for free and also 2 free parking spaces close to the seaside.
