He lived in the house next door, but we never felt his presence. The house has plenty of room, all sorts of appliances, extremely clean and well-maintained. The yard is pretty big, too and the kids were playing there, also feeding the hens. The place is very quite and secluded, and is next to Platana beach. The beach itself is perfect for families with little kids as it is extremely shallow - you have to enter 100-150 inside until it gets reasonably deep for a proper swim. There is a supermarket nearby, as well as a tavern on the beach. We would definitely want to come back!
