It was wonderful. The place was clean, we had a everything we nedeed for 7 days. The yard is so beautiful. The house has a history and it is a objectiv by itself. You will not regret if you choose to stay here. We had private space and time for relax. It is a parking lot for yourself. It is a perfect place for 2 couples. Filipe, the owner, is ready with all the information that you need. It is a supermarket at 500 m. and a traditional restaurant.

One of the best accomodations we've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous surroundings, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk along an actual "Levada". We had a great experience, the host was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, cozy, clean, and perfect to relax!!! Don't forget the morning guest (peacock) that come in our yard to say goodmorning and the lovely dogs that were an absolute pleasure to hang around with them!!! Great touch it was the freshly baked delicious bread as a welcoming gift. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time in Madeira!!!

Sabino was very attentive and friendly host. Apartment is extremely clean and cozy, bed is huge and comfortable. Apartment is better in real life, than on photos, by the way. Ocean view is unbelievable! Kitchen is big and well-equipped, you can cook everything there. Wi-Fi was fast and stable

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after the park visitors had all left for the day, drinking a glass of wine and listening to the sound of the waterfalls.

Clean, spacy, modern apartment on a silent location with amazing view to the ocean and gardens, like on the photos. Fully separated house with two rooms, a complete top floor. Equipped with all necessary devices, even a washing machine, microwave, boiling kettle, which are not common at such apartments. Really comfortable double bed, excellent wifi connection. There is no private parking, but we could always find a place at the nearest street. Very steep road, so parking needs experienced driver! Good location to explore the whole island, a few minutes from the motorway and airport. Don't expect perfect beaches for swimming, but this is true for whole Madeira. Arrival was not as difficult as someone described, we had to pass a corridor which can be seen on one of the Booking photos. At the end of the corridor there is an open gate. If you inform the owners about arrival time, they will watch you in order to help. After checkin we didnt't meet the hosts any more, even not at checkout. But not everybody needs contact.
