The breakfast was fantastic, everything was fresh, and the outdoor space was perfect. The staff was always willing to help and give advice about the stay. Attractively set in the centre of Lisbon, Rossio Plaza Hotel provides 3-star accommodation close to Commerce Square and Rossio. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service and luggage storage space. The customer service provided was extremely great by the front office staff. The hotel is centrally located and everything was in walkable distance. Parking can be a nightmare if you rent a car but, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about where we could park the car during our stay. Infact, we got lost using the GPS on our first day and one of the guys from the front office actually came walking to the spot where we were to help us find the hotel. I mean where else would you find this kind of dedication to customer service?! We cannot remember the names of the front office staff but, they were both male and working on the late shift on Dec 18, 2022.

Amazing breakfast. property is not in the centre of Lisbon so it is nice and quiet, but still a very nice location and easy to get anywhere you want to go.
