Support for refugees from Ukraine

We have worked with our accommodation partners to provide free and heavily discounted rates for refugees from Ukraine. Discounts start at 50% off and may go up to free (before taxes and fees). Because of technical limitations, free options on our site will display a final price of €0.01 (before taxes and fees). Please be aware that our intentions, and those of our accommodation partners, are that you will not be charged this amount. However, in some cases you may be required to pay fees outside of our control such as city tax and tourist fees.

Some properties may require a credit card to complete the booking. Our aim is to offer as much selection as possible and we are working to add more suitable options that can be booked without a credit card.

The Ukraine Refugee Rate is only available to people leaving Ukraine. During check-in, you may be asked to present proof of your identity. Please understand that this is only being asked so that properties can ensure they are supporting people who really need it. Examples of ID you can use: passport, ID card, or any form of other documentation that shows Ukrainian residency.

These special rates are available at participating properties in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and the UK. They are bookable 0-3 days before check-in.
