It was an amazing experience from the very start till the checkout, staff was kind, the property was clean and the food was very delicious. Also on top of everything they acknowledge my additional request and acted upon it as expected. It was a very pleasant stay and I would love to recommend it to anybody who is planning to head to Al Ain.

We found a gecko in our bedroom when we first arrived and the staff immediately changed our room and even upgraded us to a higher category room which was awesome. The pool view was gorgeous. It is spacious and very well equipped, all furnishings are new and immaculately clean. The area is quiet and beds were firm (we prefer soft) but we had a good night's sleep.
