Place and Facilities. Most of all, kind and dedicated people in Diplomatic Hotel. Francisco, Conzalo in reception and Luiz in concierge were quite nice and supportive. Especially, supervisor Franco supported me a lot on the check-out date in relation to flight cancellation due to national strike of airport. One of the rememberable hotels in the history of my visit. Quite strongly recommendable.

The Hyatt Mendoza epitomises supreme comfort, luxury and service in the most central location overlooking Mendoza’s town square. We had the feeling we were in the best hotel in the city. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently, but allowed me to practice my fledgling Spanish with them! We had our most restful stay of our entire tour of Argentina at this hotel - with its luxurious beds in seriously comfortable rooms. We felt completely at home while bathing in luxury.

Everything about our stay was fabulous. Our room, 15, overlooked the charming patio. Most importantly, the size of the hotel, small, allowed for an extraordinary level of hospitality. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff; outstanding location; quiet and safe neighborhood a block from the enormous Parque San Martin; dozens of food options nearby.

It is quite a cool building with several floors, great design features, even a small pool outside. The team running it are very friendly and helpful. We met the owner who had grown up in the house ! It's very quiet, safe residential location but ideally located to reach the major sites, restaurants and the big park. It was also close to some really excellent places to eat. It seemed like good value for money.
