The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. We had traveled on several dirt road and our off-road vehicle needed a good cleaning. The concierge was very kind and helped us finding the best service. The room was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. Very good buffet breakfast, but some more GF and DF options would be appreciated.

Charming and beautiful hotel. Outstanding facilities and very quiet. Our room was extremely comfortable and we loved our private walled off courtyard. Breakfast was ample. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and were happy to make recommedations and went out of their way to be helpful.

The hotel is clean, and quiet with the room on the back with free parking. The location is super and right in the city centre. Staffs are excellent and accommodating, special thanks for Noelia for her help. In addition, they can change dollars to pesos with close to blue rate . We stayed the hotel twice and both times are excellent. Highly recommended.

It's on the outskirts of town, slightly up a hill, so the view from the charming breakfast room is incredible. We loved every detail of the decor, and the staff were so kind and friendly. Lovely, spacious room, impeccably clean, so quiet, and with an incredible bathroom.
