The room was very spacious had a mini fridge ample storage space and big bathroom. All was clean.

We arrived early by car. They offered us welcome drinks, we gave them the car key and they told us to go back around three. When we returned the car was in the garage, the skis in the ski room and all the luggage in our room. We were upgraded to a sauna room which had the most amazing view. The room was big, clean, nicely decorated. The restaurant and the bar are very elegant with relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Especially at dinner the chef has three suggestions you choose from and the courses are all excellent. They also offer guests a snack in the afternoon. The bar is decorated with leather and wood and has live music. The Grand Spa is a very welcoming and relaxing place. They also offer transportation to the ski area. A very relaxing hotel with an elegant, aristocratic feeling. You will not want to leave.

美味豐盛的早餐，溫熱的麵包，種類繁多的水果，熱食有水煮蛋、煎蛋及炒蛋、有煎培根、煎香腸等，而且補充很迅速。飯店地點也不錯離火車站及景點（湖邊）皆很近。附設的餐廳提供的餐點份量大也不貴。

very nice staff and the location is the best, wonderful view from balcony, good parking area, they gave us free summer cards for the family which used for teleferik just walking distance from the hotel, the best stay in my Europe travel.

The SPA and the pool are amazing. Lovely staff. Close to the gondola City express, 5 minutes.

It is like the style of a hut than a regular hotel but the room is nice and cosy , loved how close it is to the train station literally 5 or less than 5 mins walk and its price compared that it is including breakfast (which isn’t this wow ) but is very good for price and the lady at the reception was very nice and very welcoming and explained to me about the attractions and places to visit around , all in all was a very good experience loved it.
