There are parking places just in front of the building. You need to take ticket from a parking machine. The owner was kind and the communication was easy. The only negative thing in my mind is the elevator. You can't imagine that this old and scary elevator would take you to a such beautiful flat. Another point for improvement is the spare keys. When more than one person stay there a spare key or the code for the main entrance is needed.

Spotless and 5 star luxury if it had a normal kettle for us Brits and a working tv/WiFi. We only stayed a night but for longer stays these are a must. Washing machine and dryer/ironing board..lovely bed. Wonderful decor. Not to far from the sea but we did use a taxi..he said 10lv but seemed bit cheap so we doubled it. So easily should be a 10. If they alter the little issues..maybe have a little booklet on how to work things..also dishwasher in place...

Was nice to be near a few shops and cafes where we were able to sample local fare as soon as we arrived. The hotel also has a nice restaurant and bar. Within walking distance of Burgas "Sea Garden", a popular hang-out area for locals.

The apartment has it’s own parking space 4 minutes walk away, which everyone will put a value in, since street parking in Burgas require a Bulgaria phone number or payment at parking machines that is either broken, dismantled or nowhere to be found.

No noise even though so comfortably located. We really liked the electronic access to the building and room, very convenient and efficient! Heating - perfect! Never thought we will be so cold around May 24th but this was the case throughout our stay, and in an old historic building with high ceilings - not only AC but proper wall-mounted convector heater made it really comfortable - beated the 5 star Primorets for sure 😊
