We were greeted with the friendliest staff. They quickly upgraded us to the third story of the beautiful waterfront property so our views perfect water views. One night we needed to stay in and with our limited Spanish then host was happy to order us food to our hotel for dinner. The bed was huge and very comfortable The next morning we woke up to a beautiful generous breakfast spread all for us also with waterfront views. The hotel was a short walk out of town along the water but worth it for the peaceful views José was amazing And the alpacas were a fun addition

It had the most incredible view over Lake Titicaca and the property itself was stunning. The room was spacious and had a very interesting design. The sunroom had all the necessary amenities along with two chairs to watch the sunset. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Plus there were cute Alpacas close to the hotel.
