the view from the bedrooms are amazing. We could see the Titicaca lake from bed. The place is comfortable and has a small living room perfect to stay and enjoy. The breakfast is nice and the staff were so nice and kind.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was excellent. We stayed in the low season so not many people around but the staff were superb and the service fantastic. A very good breakfast buffet available with fresh fruit and yoghurt, eggs, a selection of breads, fresh juice and coffee. We ate in t he restaurants one night which was very good. The hotel is an easy walk to town centre, has good views of the lake. Not the cheapest place in town but very comfortable, safe and well managed.

Although the mezzanine level had a few traps to hit your head if you weren’t careful. It would not be suitable for people with knee problems. The gardens were lovely and there were hammocks to relax in. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and worked so hard. The restaurant was excellent although the portions were enormous. It had the most incredible view over Lake Titicaca and the property itself was stunning. The room was spacious and had a very interesting design. The sunroom had all the necessary amenities along with two chairs to watch the sunset. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Plus there were cute Alpacas close to the hotel.
