The hot pool was so nice we skipped the mineral hot pools, and saved money. The beds were also so comfortable. I had the best sleep I've had in ages. We also enjoyed a lovely brunch buffet in The Keg. It cost $23 which is pretty reasonable, and while it wasn't a huge buffet, we felt we got our money's worth. The Rocky Mountain Soap products in the rooms were great too. Thank you for supporting a local business

We loved the hot tub area. So unique. Chili's is great for lunch and dinner but needs to work on the breakfast. Staff were lovely and we had a car rental so having it In the heated underground was great. Local bus service comes directly out front.

The design of this hotel is outstanding both exterior and interior. The room is well equipped (except not having working table) especially the shower with big rain and body spray. Corridor is well designed with glass panels all over to bring in sunlight and create more transparency & visibility. Art pieces are decorated here and there. It is also conveniently located in the middle of the town where most of the shops and good restaurants are. I sure will come back here next time.

Location of the hotel was good, not quite in downtown Banff, so away from any noise/congestion but close enough to be able to walk into downtown easily in about 10 or 15 minutes. The room was cozy - with a VERY comfy and high bed with comfortable pillows and bedding, a large TV & a fireplace with a timer. My favourite part of our stay was the mineral salt ( I think!) Hot tub; the ambience and design of the whole pool area, whilst small, was lovely and very relaxing. The staff were all super friendly and helpful

The location is very accessible for downtown, can walk to all locations/shops. And also east bus route. Being able to buy a lift ticket was very easy as well. And the design of the hotel is beautiful. Also the fact there are a few spots available for vehicles that don’t fit in the underground.
