First of all, I have to say the man at the front desk named Steven is an absolute gem. After a long day of traveling (and a month of traveling through Europe) Steven stood out! He made our experience here great. Kind and super helpful at check-in, even set us up with a shuttle the next morning. The room was great! clean, spacious and had a coffee maker and complimentary water. Would stay here again if we were in Zurich!

Location about 5 minutes by taxi from the airport. Hotel shuttle service available for 8 CHF per person, normal taxi is about 27 CHF. Spacious room with complimentary water and coffee/tea, very comfortable bed, fast WiFi. Very tasty italian food in hotel bistro/restaurant, made by chef from Sicily, very kind guy. Next to the hotel is also McDonalds. Breakfast we didin't have because of our early morning flight, but i am sure it is super tasty too.

Friendly staff, shuttle facility from and to airport (free from airport to hotel), room was clean and comfortable. Good value for money for a quick layover. Also, breakfast was available as from 4 am for early travellers. Loved our stay there!

It was a convenient location, close to the tram stop and the supermarket, etc. The staff were friendly and approachable. We’re grateful for the early check-in since our room was ready. Can’t really comment on the restaurant or bar as we spent most of our time outside. The hotel is kept clean and the rooms are uniquely designed and the beds are comfortable.

Since day one everything was perfect, the whole hotel was very clean, the room was amazing and the guys working there as well. Especially Adhurim who is there almost all day long is one of the kindest people I have ever met, always willing to help me with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Gate hotel during your visit in Zurich because it's location is really good not only for the airport which is 5 minutes away but also for downtown (10 minutes with train).
