Everything to be honest! The rooms with a magnificent view of Mount Osorno was amazing! The tea and coffee facilities in the room. And the best part, the totally amazing Breakfast. The salad bar at breakfast was the best we've ever seen! Cumbres is the best hotel and we would definitely rate it 7 star. The facilities and the staff were beyond our expectations!

it was an outstanding location a beautiful walk to the center of the city. It had the feel of an old-time ski lodge at Lake Tahoe or squaw Valley. The staff was exceptionally nice, the breakfast was delicious and all food there was fantastic.
