Fantastic little gem of a hotel, which definitely feels more like a bed & breakfast, because you feel right at home there. It's a former private house turned into a hotel, and feels very cozy and homey. Location is perfect to explore the coolest neighborhoods in Valparaiso (Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepcion, it's right between the two) and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. But what really made a difference for me was Marcelo, the owner, who was super friendly and gave us great tips. That, plus the delicious made-to-order breakfast, which made a big difference vs. a traditional hotel! Would 100% recommend this beautiful place for anyone wanting to explore the city. This gorgeous Victorian style refurbished hotel was a dream to stay in. Room was spacious, clean, full of amenities and had the most amazing view of the city. Room service was also a plus. The location was near a street market as well as a few restaurants and some live music. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient with me and my terrible Spanish. Fernando in particular was very welcoming and always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

The location is pretty good in the old town - and there are lots of restaurants and bars within 5 to ten minutes walk. The rooftop was lovely with spectacular views out to the ocean. Breakfast is a selection of cold things - bread, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt etc. Suited me as I don't always even eat breakfast so something simple works fine in my case.

The icing on the cake was the owner and the staff, super friendly and accommodating.
