The staff are very friendly and we really enjoyed the restaurant. The hot springs are very nice and relaxing and it has an amazing view of the volcano. There are animals all around and it is a very peaceful place to stay.

The staff were so sweet & helpful. I asked via e-mail to book some tours, so they would be ready for us from day 1. We got excellent recommendations & the tours were also 1st class. The breakfast was nice & the rooms are all facing the green jungle with a nearby path directly to the little river.

Rooms were very spacious and well designed, set in luscious grounds full of wildlife. The team were very friendly and the service was probably the best we found in all of Costa Rica. I would recommend anyone to stay if they want a more relaxed, authentic stay in this beautiful country

Pool and hot springs area is amazing with its swim up bars. Rooms were lovely and always a buggy to pick you up if you don’t want to make the short walk to the facilities. Breakfast was delicious, with a great choice. Only a short taxi ride to La Fortuna if you want to go there for shopping, dinner etc.

The hot springs at the Rio Club are amazing. Nice activities for the kids: including mini golf, game room, game tables, pool, pin pong, etc We had a room with two queen beds. The rooms was spacious but I felt like they needed a better interior layout design ( no real living space for the size of the room). The balcony was great with a nice view of the volcano. Everything was very clean. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The beds were super comfortable and the outdoor space was gorgeous. Very clean too. Despite being on a busy road, it felt very secluded thanks to the lush greenery.
